Hi. Do you know how to reparent objects? You want to reparent tgtArmIkChestLf to ctlHeadGimbal then use the c for chest option Or you can just use a parent constraint on the parent of the ikArm control. Thanks for your answer! Have you tried reloading the scene or restarting Maya?
Maybe you can use ATOM to transfer the animation to a new reference.

Hi. This is a bug with Maya 2015 when using older rigs. (We publish Malcolm in an older format for maximum compatibility for our many users.) Looks like you need to install the latest SP And possibly rewind to a slightly older file of yours. https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/maya/troubleshootin...

In the Reference Editor, select the reference and then use the menu to "Import Objects from Reference" or something like that.
That will break the link between the reference file and sometimes may help problems like this.

It could be rotation values. There is something in that area.

Compare it in another maya to a fresh rig and look all around those controls, the joints, the parents.

If not, you can use ATOM to transfer to a new reference.

Make sure you're using AnimSchool Picker. Otherwise, it's hard to know about the right controls and outfits. There are two shoulder controls. You should be referencing him in, not importing him. Also, are you using Maya's Motion Trail? If you ever use it in a scene, it will make your graph editor very slow when using a complex rig. you have to restart maya to get the speed back. You can adjust the lighting of the scene or his shaders to your liking. Regarding the pants - it is a poly smooth issue.
