You should be referencing him in, not importing him. Also, are you using Maya's Motion Trail? If you ever use it in a scene, it will make your graph editor very slow when using a complex rig. you have to restart maya to get the speed back. Select the shirt and see the operators for it. The tweak, the skinCluster, the blendshape. Turn each one off in turn (set envelope to 0) and see which one fixes the problem. Let me know which it is.

Rather than doing this in your animation scene, it would be better to open the malcolm rig file and save it with a different name. Find the bind joints for the teeth. You can adjust the lighting of the scene or his shaders to your liking. Regarding the pants - it is a poly smooth issue. In the picker, hit the AllGeo button, then hit "3" on your keyboard for smooth preview.

Thanks for reporting that! It looks like there is a bug with his Athlete shirt shapes and shaper controls. We will fix that. You could make a new blendshape to fix it in the meantime. The more typical workflow is to make the picker with the REFERENCED character in a scene. That way it can be reused with any referenced namespace character by using:
Picker>Change Namespace

There is no feature to do that yet, but it is on the development list.

For now, the only way to re-use a picker made without referencing it in (and therefore NO NAMESPACE) is to update the buttons one by one. Select an object in Maya and right click on the button and Update Button.

We just tested the Maya 201364 bit version to make sure. It does indeed work and is version 1.3.0.

An issue has been fixed where the Maya hotkeys would no longer work once AnimSchool Picker was docked (they hotkeys would always apply to Picker). Now fixed!
