We've checked and don't see an issue on our end. We continue to have many people downloading each day.
Can you be more specific about what is happening?
Or can you sign up for the download again?

I think you may need to restart Maya.

I haven't seen that before, no.
You could try using dkanim instead.
Or, in another maya, reference a fresh Malcolm.
Then look at the joints around his sideburns and see if you can correct the rotation or scale values.
for example: malcolm_v200:jntSideburnRt

If you're talking about one of the script buttons, you have to change the script, or, like you say, add objects to a set if it's calling a set. If it's a multi-button (round or rounded edges) then you just click it, shift select the additional object and right click on the button and select Update. ...

The ik/fk snapping isn't perfect.
Bunny is just for our students. Are you a student?

When going fk to ik, the ik controller is moved to the knee location, which sometimes flips the leg. You just have to pull it back a little to fix that.

For the undo issue. There is no way to turn it off.
You need to *middle click in the maya viewport* or interface to return the focus to Maya before you begin to undo.

If you hover over a single (square) or multi-button (rounded), a popup menu will tell you what object(s) it selects. If it's more than a few, it doesn't give detail on the rest, but if you select it, Maya will of course have those objects selected and you can list the selected objects in Maya via sc...

If the Picker was authored with the character referenced in (which is the best way), you have to do the same. That way, you can assign it to the proper namespace.

Sounds like you opened or imported the file. Try *referencing* the rig in.

Did you watch the video on this page?
http://www.animschool.com/pickerInfo.aspx

Make sure you have a picker tab open. Select something on the rig then right click on the interface to make a button.

It's much better if it's a REFERENCED character rig.
