Female Malcom Rig

I have downloaded the female malcom rig by referencing in the rig and importing in the picker file just like the malcom rig. The problem is when I go to rename the Main_PIKR file like on the malcom rig but I cant get the picker to work at all. When I try to change the name it defaults to Main_PIKR no matter what I do. What am I doign wrong and how can I get it to work?

What is the namespace of your female malcolm? Make the picker prefix the same thing.

Ok I feel stupid asking this but where do I look to find out the characters prefix name to make the picker name the same?

That seems to be the main question on these forums.
you can see the prefix in the outliner...

Hi! rename the picker to the EXACT SAME PREFIX as your female malcolm.

malcolmFemale:Main_PIKR

(the reason it is not allowing you to name it to anything else it because there is no namespace in the scene of those other things you were typing.)


Regarding the rendering issue:

select the head
hit ctl-A to bring up the attribute editor
along the top, go to the tab for that object's shapenode (ex: malcolmFemale:headShape)
open up RenderStats
turn on Primary Visibility.
Do this for any other non-rendering objects.
