There is a way then I can open the PKR file by command line?

Something like this:
AnimSchoolPicker("C:/animSchoolPicker/malcolm.pkr", "C:/animSchoolPicker/malcolm_female.pkr")

I want to try to include the AnimSchoolPicker in our pipeline and this is very important, to open the picker of the characters in the scene.

There is no way to do that currently, but we have put it on the development list. AnimSchool Picker is designed to accept commands.
