Block Rig geo issue

Hi

I am having an issue when rotating the upper left FK on the Block rig.
When i rotate it the joints rotate as normal, but only the lower arm and hand geo move.

I have added a screen shot which hopefully will make more sense.

Any help would be appreciated!
