Problem when I open female malcolm

Hi, first off thanks a lot for female Malcolm.Its an amazing rig!!!

The problem is whenever I open female Malcolm on Maya ,the sound in Maya timeline doesn't play at all.This happens only when I use this rig.

Hmm, that's a really interesting problem. I have quite a few friends currently animating dialogue clips in Maya while using this rig and they haven't had a problem. I definitely didn't tinker with any playback-related options when creating the mod. Have you tried importing or referencing the rig into a different file? Other than that, I really don't know what to tell you. Whatever it is, it must be specific to your machine. Is anyone else having this problem?

No. noone is facing this kind of problem. And nope, I dint reference it. jus opening it directly .It also hangs a lot. This happens only with this rig.

Hi. I opened your file and added the current 11secondclub wav file and it plays fine. I used Maya2011. I don't see what the problem could be.

Maybe try the sound file in another location. The path you have is a little unusual.

. tried sourcing the wav file from a different location, tried other wav files too. Its not working. am using maya 2010

Hi, answered this in your other forum post, guess I didn't see this one. It's not a problem with the rig, you need to change your settings in maya. Go to time slider then playback speed should be switched onto real-time. Update view = Active.

The thing is, I am able to hear the sound when the rig is not imported. Anyways i tried what you suggested, its not working
