Minimum window size

New default window size is 380 pixels on width.

In the previous version I was able to scale it down to 260 pixels (green rectangle on an attachment)

I understand that the new Width and Height buttons requires more space but all of my .pkr files was adopted to the minimum scale 260.
It was elegant, small, accurate window that helped a lot. Now it is a huge monster that takes 1/4 of the screen space.

Please bring back that previous minimum width of 260 px to life
