Hitting the F button

Post by awidener2 » Wed May 15, 2013 10:59 am

So, as we all know, the F hotkey is a pretty integral keybound shortcut in Maya and we all use it a lot, and I particularly use it while animating in the Graph Editor, but often times I won't pay attention to what I'm clicking for an active window and the picker will remain active. When the picker remains active and I press F, the image/layout inside the picker zooms in on the selected control and gets really wonky and I have to adjust it a bunch of times to get it back to normal. Is there a way to disable this? I can't type it into the picker code myself since it's .pyc

Hi! Good point.

Hit the H key to get back to normal.

To get the focus in the Maya window, middle click in the viewports.
