Import Problem

I have a problem if I import the model by this steps:
- File --> Create Reference -->malcolm_v200.ma --> Reference, is this true steps like the video tutorial.
But it's imported like this image attached. why!!?

That shouldn't happen - odd.
Use the buttons on the "outfits" Picker to show and hide the different outfits.
