Arnold problem

Hi, I have a problem when I try to render with Arnold And change the resolution to 1920x1080 (original is 640x480). I see extrange vertical lines, and if I click (persp camera) on the 'film gate' to check te secure limits of my render, it appears an horizontal line.
I don't know what is happenning here, please, help.
I want to animate this awesome character for my demoreel, but if I can't render... I have a problem.
