blank abxPicker maya 2012

Thank you for making this rig publicly available!

I saw that some people had a problem with a blank abxPicker in maya 2009. But I'm getting that same problem in 2012.
I cant seem to figure out how to get the UI controls.

I also never received the "MalcolmPicker.bmp" file during the download.

I'd appreciate any help.

Hello. Did you download Malcolm from our site? (That is the only legal source)

We include MalcolmPicker.bmp in the zip file.
